Interesting. I worked in the NHS a few years ago before moving to the private sector. Personally I would love to be able to manage my own healthcare online. As it is, just getting an appointment with my doctor or a prescription is a logistical nightmare requiring days of planning. Unfortunately in the UK 80% of healthcare is taken up by an ageing population unnecessarily burdening the NHS. Probably less than 5% of that population have ever used a computer. Maybe in about 10 years the slam dunk might happen. Malcolm is a huge inspiration.
